I really like the Italian Game for playing as white and I usually try to apply it in my games. It is really good for beginners and easy to play. My black go-to is the Kostic Gambit. It is a good defense for the Italian Game and if the moves go right, it could turn out as checkmate. I am 11 years old. I live in NY.
