TacticsStrategy
Welcome to my second part of my RK (racing kings).I hope you find it useful, and please join my team lichess.org/team/royal-ranger-fans

Today in this article we’re going to be discussing stalemates. So, a big thing that cost many great RK players games is stalemates.Stalemates are sometimes tricky to find, but to learn to spot and prevent them is a great skill.First of all when you have for example lots of pieces surrounding the opponent’s king and you see that you can take there last piece, look carefully at the board. If you take the last piece, will the opponent’s king be able to move.If yes, don’t avoid the chance and take the piece. If the king hasn’t got a least one square, then move your piece away from the danger so it doesn’t stop doing its job. Finally, this is some advice for all chess players.Manage your time control! If your playing an easy opponent, and your playing an 1+0 arena, for example, think can you put on berserk and manage the Time control.Thank you for reading this.More coming soon.
