Temporary Restrictions on the Server: Games Abortion

Hello!
I have joined Lichess recently, and my personal playing skills are not developed well, so I need a lot of practice to raise my rating and gain some experience of playing. However, the server suggests me dealing with the players having 850-900 value of their rating while my rating is approximately 750.
It is too difficult to play with them and not to lose motivation (and my rating as well :) ), so I just abort games when the rating of my opponent is too high. It happens quite frequently. Due to my behavior, I get muted for a longer and longer period every time, although I still want to play.
What should I do not to get banned at all and not to have very long playing deprivation because of the restrictions? How can I solve this problem? Shall I really try playing with the gamers stronger than me to enhance my skills, but lose a lot of rating?
Thank you very much in advance!

P. S. I am sorry for my English and my possible rudeness, it is not my first language, but I hope speaking English could help me find the solution more efficiently!

You just have to play every game to find your true rating level. It will never work to try manually managing what you think it should be or what your opponents should be. I understand how it can be frustrating to lose those early games but it's a necessary part of the process.

According to the model on which both Elo and Glicko-2 rating systems are based, the expected mean result against an opponent rated 100 points higher is approximately 0.36 and against 150 higher rated approximately 0.30. In other words, in 10 games against opponents rated 850-900, a 750 rated player is supposed to score 3-3.5 points. That's not nearly as hopeless as you see it; perhaps the problem is rather in your head: you convince yourself that you don't have a chance so that you don't (and you definitely don't if you abort those games).
