I say saitama due to his feats
1. Can't lose a fight
2. Can't die
3. Infinite speed and strenght
4. Turned his head so fast he saw back of his head in the mirror
5. Destroyed Jupiter's moon with fingers
6. When garou punched him throught a portal he was already in the other side
7. Time travelling due to speed
8. Punch destroyed trillions of galaxies
9. Survived black hole (equal to getting crushed by 150 quintillion tons) without damage
10. Survived gamma Ray burst without damage
11. Defeated God in the anime
12. So fast, omnidirectional attacks
13. Grabbed hyperspace a 5d feat
14. Grows exponentially always crossing his opponents
15. Plot armor and luck
I can mention more but not needed at the moment
Goku:
Almost died due to needles
His kamehameha will not affect saitama
Saitama crosses his strenght no matter what form
Lost many battles and almost dies.
I feel goku cannot beat saitama due to difference in strenght and feats...
Saitama can go back in time and kill baby goku.. but people in youtube comments and shorts don't understand idk why
