I was changing the description of my team and i pressed submit and noting happened, i did this a few times and still nothing happened
I have the same problem. Tried several times.
Also tried with another team where I am ream leader.
is there already a solution of this problem? cos I have the same issue.

Lichess Admin should do something to solve this problem as fast as possible.
Should be fixed after next deploy.
