The Fractal Chess Club is hosting its first charity event, in honour of my late grandmother, Mercedita Oh. She was a loving, kind, and compassionate person to all, and loved family more than anything. Despite many health complications, she was optimistic and treasured being an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother.
This year, all profits (all registration fees paid, after subtracting CFC Rating Fees), will be donated to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. I sincerely hope this tournament will become an annual event, to honour the compassion and loving personality of my grandmother. Thank you for supporting the Fractal Chess Club, the Heart & Stroke Foundation, and the legacy of my grandmother, Mercedita Oh, in this charity event.
