I want to win every game and not loose, Is that possible for beginners?

Everything isn't about winning. It's about losing, getting experience, and using that experience to open more, different, new ways. Basically like a web. Your mindset is wrong.

I guess winning every game is not possible. You just need to see to it that you are improving your game and winning is the result of improvement . Yes sometimes when time is less you loose games even when your position is better than your opponent . I will say focus more on improvement not only winning.
