How to have a peacefull life

Nowadays with a lot of stress from school and friends
Getting into a lot of problems at school or getting misunderstood by every single teacher there
Having not much people to talk to
Always in some threatening situation
Not nowing what to do
School focusing on discipline and attitude over education ( not actually education)
Always thinking about what gonna happen next and worried for it
What should I do to have a peacefull life
I'm not even playing chess now due to these...

Sounds like you need the Serenity prayer as there are some things that can't be changed and should be accepted, but you can work on changing only what you can change about it trying to make things better. It's important to be able to have discernment.

Here's a good format to communicate for problem resolution and being potentially understood.

A = ask for their time.
D = describe what you want out of the conversation.
E = express how you truly feel about it.
S = specifics. Discuss the details.
C = come to a conclusion. What change(s) will prospectively come from it?
Is there a school counselor you can talk too about some of these issues?

You are unlocking the key of wisdom. School is your priority, and develop relationships with a few people that you trust. It is helpful if some if those relationships can be with adults that are responsible and work hard. Simplify your life if it is possible. School, trusted friends. Do you have favorite subjects in school or perhaps a career path you have chosen? Visualization and planning has been very constructive in my life, maybe you would find it helpful. Consider at times, how do you see the events of your life to unfold in the next week, 30 days, six months, two years?
Meditation could help you , do 15 mins of meditation everyday

One should give time for their body to get mentally relaxed

With respect, I will offer a different opinion. My own path has been rough and tumble the whole way. In middle age I continue to have unpleasant battles of finances, relationships and my unrest with the general state of our world. I do have a peace that abides with me the majority of the time. I practice prayer and meditation and my particular faith.
You're probably not looking to have a "peaceful life" so much as you are trying to get away from the aggravations of the moment for a while. Which is something that everybody has to do. But don't forget there's also a lot of excitement and interest to be found mixed in with all that turmoil.

Probably not at school though, which always tends to emphasize discipline and that sort of thing over education. The main reason for that being that, since most people don't really want to be there (at least not for the schooling part of it), it becomes like a sort of prison.

In addition to everything else you have to go through in adolescence, you find yourself taking a bunch of classes about things that have very little relevance to your day to day life (and probably never will)...and you have to keep on taking tests to demonstrate that you've "learned" all this stuff (otherwise you'll flunk out and have to go through it all over again!). It's no wonder the teen years can be so crazy.
@morphyms1817 i also practice prayer and it is amazing to feel better, but this does not mean that life is perfect or peaceful, since this is a bit about religion i will add that in most religions including mine, life is just meant to be a challenge and a test
