In the initial position, you should have anticipated Rh3 instead and utilizing of the h-pawn in that continuation.
(1) First the Qxh2# threat, (2) then h-pawn advancement to support rook maneuver via g-line to stop promotion. Currently the puzzle misses the (2).

um but those puzzles were taken from real games, I dont think there's people curating the puzzle database, it's probably fully automatic, so if you think there's an issue with a certain puzzle just report it on the puzzle page, not in the forums
