Cheat detected

How many times do you get cheat detected before banned? There is a user who is not banned but has 10 games lost for cheat detected. Also, in what situation is cheating allowed? Against the stockfish bots? In puzzles?

Cheating detected is the person trying to use the lichess analysis board with the engine in the same position at the same time as trying to play
It's kind of like using lichess against lichess

One day the moderators can put an end to this stupid attempt

How does lichess do 'cheat detecting? How will you ever know? Is it something about activity on analysis board?
