Handicaps like minus 1 pawn should be allowed

I would like Lichess.org to introduce the possibility of creating games with piece handicaps, move handicaps, and special power handicaps. Here's a couple of examples of what I mean:

  1. Minus 1 pawn: the game creator starts the game as white without the "e" pawn
  2. 2 move opening handicap: the game creator not only starts as black, but white gets TWO free moves.
  3. King with special powers: the opponent king can move 2 squares

This is just a few. These handicaps would make it harder for cheaters to use chess engines, and would allow for more fair play. Also, perhaps allow 9x9, 10x10, 11x11, and 12x12 board sizes.

you can already do the first 2 by starting from a custom position. the second one would be a variant, that is very unlikely to happen. different board sizes are even more unlikely to happen - the devs have stated as much multiple times.
