Just swapped out algebraic notation letters for piece icons, so Chessguessr should be easier to play for people not used to algebraic notation. Go check it out at chessguessr.com :)
After receiving feedback from beginners, I introduced the icon-based notation to make it more accessible for them. However, I understand that experienced players prefer the original notation. I'm working on an update to allow users to select their preferred style. Until that's ready, original notation will be used.
