Some games show ±0 as a rating change

If the game has been played and was rated, then I think it requires a change in rating.
My solution is using the analysis graph to add to the ratings that would normally reflect ±0 change

If an analysis graph shows more black than white, then the rating change should go in blacks favor, even if it was a drawn game.
So one player should drop in rating and the other increase. Even if it's in decimal form, something is better than nothing.

Could drawn games get that rating change by doing an analyse of their game ?
How about automatically analysed drawn games that have ±0 on the ratings ?
Would that put too much load on the servers ?
If so, can there still be a way, like using the limiting feature of number of analysed games per day?

I think the idea could also help filter more players that have ±0 through the cheat detection system.
All rated games affect your rating. ±0 just mean that the rating change is smaller than 1 (Ratings have a decimal accuracy).
To answer the questions...

1. The nature of chess and other chess variants is that one bad move can ruin your game...that's how the game was designed. If you make a fatal error at the end, regardless of how you were playing, you didn't achieve the main goal...so why are you rewarded? You don't see world championships being defined on who played the better moves throughout most of the game, but rather who succeeded when all was said and done, and that's what makes these games unique.

2. Again for drawn games it should matter more of the level and strength of players involved. Playing antichess, I play a lot of people below my rating, and most ratings recieve +-0...but this is because I'm really receiving 0.53 or something else, etc.

3. Don't really know, but probably unnecessary.

4. Don't really see how this benefits the cheat detection system. Essentially, the rating system works the same way it would in OTB games...if you beat someone good, you'll earn more points, if you lose to someone lesser, you'll lose more points.

Hope this helps!
