Hello everyone!
This is a new event I am hosting to encourage healthy competition among the players of the horde community.
Each team consists of three players. Every team's average peak all-time horde rating must be under 2450 when it is registered. No alternate accounts will be allowed into this event.
Any member of the horde community can create a team and message @Dude128 with the team's roster. If there are no alternate accounts or banned players, I will add the team to this tournament.
To join, your account must have a minimum of 50 horde games.
This event is hosted by @Dude128, not a team of lichess moderators. I will decide all disputes personally. Message me if you have any questions about the format!
The Horde Team League Format
The format is either round-robin among teams, or a swiss format with five rounds if more than six teams join. It will start on April 7th.
Each team will have players on three boards decided by Peak Elo. Each player plays the other team's equal board in a best-of-ten 2+2 match. If tied 5-5, the board is a draw. Each board result will count towards the final standings.
For example, if a team wins a match 2.5-0.5, the winning team gets 2.5 tournament points, and the losing team gets 0.5 tournament points.
Each round will start on a Monday and last for one week.

Team #2, Markuswebster's team has been kicked for board #1 was confirmed to have played on multiple of the accounts.
This was not too unexpected, we were going to catch it before the event start without a doubt.
On the other hand we have multiple teams forming! I am expecting a minimum of four total teams.
A new team has been formed! Also, I'll start asking players to name their teams when they are formed, just for the fun of it If you do not name it by the deadline I'll just name it after board #1. My team is Horbonium!
