@The_Fischer_Of_Men app has had alot of issues and yes turn on cdn routing it helps with network
have 5 bars or 10mpbs or more does not mean good connection to lichess.
the internet is like roads a to b might be fine but not a to c and lichess does not control the roads or the route you take. what cdn does is use cloudflares content deilvery network to get your packets to lichess through there server which might be more stable than your connection
