I like someone but how do you tell them it's so much presure

i know i like someone because i think about them CONSTANTLY. like, cannot get them out of my head. if i see them in person i will immediately blush or start laughing or act awkward. when talking about the person i will laugh or smile. i will also remember everything about them like their birthday, favorite color, siblings, stuff like that. i know it sounds like stalker kind of, but my brain just does that idk why lmao. plus the normal: heart racing, sweaty palms, butterflies.

i know if someone likes me when they give me special attention, treat me differently, act more mature. when near me, will start to compliment/insult me. insults are also a form of special attention especially if you are doing it to your crush or they are doing it to you. sometimes they will do like a complete attitude switch and be nice to you and then turn around and completely murder the person standing behind them. boys also get jealous when they see other guys talking to their crush, they can cut off that person from their friend group and do idk boy revenge or whatever.
