No wating room!? Help!

i don't know what happened, i tried to restart my computer close my tabs, checking my internet, login in and login out.
and my brothers account is showing the waiting room. so please help me someone

You violated the Lichess ToS (Terms of Service). You can still be paired against other people who violated the Lichess ToS, but a lot of functions are restricted for you, and maybe one of those is seeing games in the lobby.
