- Lifetime Patron's -

I'm one of many who made a Lifetime patron donation. As it says on the donation page, patrons get 'bragging right's'. I feel, that lifetime patron's should have a small 'LP' icon on their Wing. That would be in the spirit of the 'bragging right's' perk. Thankyou for your consideration. - :]

That 250 you have spent is going to a good cause :)
I personally want to become a patron but I don't have a PayPal account.
I have been a patron for a month before thanks to someone Who I will keep anonymous.
The idea is good. I like it.

Well I think l.p. Is a bit too boasty for people that don't have the means to be a patron but maybe we could keep the notification to our friends that so and so has been a patron for 6 months 12 months and so on ,it would be nice to have a monthly reminder same as monthly patrons xxx

You did not explain why you think they should be distinguished from those contributing repeatedly.

Maybe, when members making monthly donations reach a total of $250.00, they could be awarded Lifetime Wings.
Very much like an installment plan or a layaway. - :]

I really think most people who have donated hundreds of dollars to lichess do so because they believe in the site and want to support it, and not for an icon by their name.
