What do you do when tilted?

Ok, so most of us prefer 'titled' and not 'tilted',but if i am in the second situation, bullet it is!

This works for me, when playing faster games while tilted in rapid, I often do well in the faster games, which boosts morale so I can get back to full playing strength. What do you do when tilted?

listen to fast music in bullet and slightly slower in blitz, slow in rapid and classical in classical
I recommend you stopping bullet and solve puzzles only. I would like you taking a break in blitz. Tactics make you better. Watch chess videos by Gotham.

I personally take a break more often than not. I have had one or two instances where I have continued to play on and lost more points, but more often I will take a break from Chess and do something else.
