To have a title you need to play at least 1500 games.
RKCM 2000-2099
RKM 2100-2199
RKIM 2200-2299
RKGM 2300-2500
As I know current ratings count
YOU also can earn norms in big tournaments, by performance. 2 norms for RKCM and 3 norms for higher titles
