How do I find tournaments created by community members?

Hello All!

I'm a fairly new player who tends to get trounced in tournaments. I saw no tournaments available for players less than 1000 rating. Where can I find tournaments created by community members?

On a hunch I created my first tournament (Rapid chess, rating less than 1000) and I can't see my tournament visible anywhere, and no one appears to have joined after about 30 minutes.

Is there a page I'm missing?

pretty sure you have to have a team or send the link to people to get them to join.
