You have to have a better rating that 1285 for starters. And play more than 14 games.
I do recall JannLeeCrazyhouse having an LM title on here when he was long-time crazyhouse champion, and the world crazyhouse championships are played on lichess.

not that i know of but every variant does have a team so if you check those out they might have titles
