Mouse wheel during game play

When enabling the feature to scroll moves during game play, the moves scroll even if mouse is positioned outside the game window.
This results in the effect that when the player accidently moved the game window out of the screen (happens when I try to scroll back through moves but the mouse was not over the game window) there is no way to get the game window back on the screen without scrolling haphazardly back and forth through move, and not getting back to the current move.

@b4c4d2 I will look into it, but this should not happen. What browser do you use?

Chrome
Edit:
It might not be a Lichess Tools issue.
I disabled Lichess tools, and while the option to scroll thru the moves is disabled (by default), when the mouse-over is above the board, scroll will scroll the complete screen. As if the mouse scroll moves is not disabled per se, but rather that focus on the board by mouse-over is prevented.
