Good Day Lichess Community. I want to raise an issue. I know when you report a player for cheating and they end up being caught, you get a notification saying that "A player you have reported got banned" and that you get refunded points, etc. My question for Lichess would be, "Is it possible to get similar notifications if someone gets reported for 'insulting' or trolling?" I ask this because I would like to think that something is actually being done when i report someone for a reason besides cheating. Yesterday, I played a game where I made an error and then was down by 2 for most of the game. I then pinned his queen and turned the game around (see link). The opponent then messages me and names the thread "programmero" and then says I am a "tramposo". I googled that (since I am not Spanish) and found out I was being accused as a cheat just because of his error. So I reported that and I just want to know how seriously do Lichess take such cases and if they do, I would like to be notified about it.
