NSCB organising seventh classical tournament For visually impaired with the main objective of to develop our Chess skills and learn how to play chess online platform in effective manner.

Li Chess Tournament Rules

1. Our Chess tournament are free and open for everyone on lichess.org.

Therefore, participants must have a PC/laptop or smart phone with internet connection.
2. These tournaments are Swiss system events. Basically two types

(a)classical and (b)rapid tournaments, classical is mainly 30 minutes and 30 seconds increment and rapid is for 15 minutes and 10 seconds increment tournament. Organiser have right to change the time duration of tournaments.

3. It is absolutely forbidden to use any external help like Chess software, help from third party. if anyone caught cheating will be immediately excluded from the tournament and he/she will no longer be able to participate in upcoming online tournaments and will also be Recommended to AICFB for taking stringent action for online/offline of AICFB tournaments in future.
4. If any player is not reporting within 10 minutes from start of tournament, He/she will categorised under blacklist and If it is repeated again in same tournament then player will be immediately remove from tournament and banned for 6 month for participation. If player inform on Whatsup group of li chess before round start, He/She will not be blacklisted. Players are also requested to withdraw tournament for particular unplayable round and join again the tournament for next round. NSCB organising seventh classical tournament with its main objective to improve the game of players and make habit for playing online chess tournaments.
