leaders manual

Leaders are required to participate in tournaments and support sgchess in team battles when they are able to and try their best (good performance will be valued, however, bad performance isn't a problem, if leaders do their best). Moreover, they are expected to create tournaments on occasion, try to bring a few players to the team and encourage other players to participate in tournaments. Other than that, it isn't mandatory, but it will be appreciated, if leaders contribute in the public chat and forums, or in any other way they can.
