W third person to leave a commen!
I find the game to be overrated though as the opponent of the winner just blundered the whole game.
Congrats to the winnner though!

he commented his own game, it was picked by the usual people. And it's obvious that there were a lot of mistakes but that makes a game fun and not a strategic and boring thing.

Looking at some comments, I decided to clarify some things.
The comment #8 is correct. I submitted my game like everyone else. Not for the first time, these two

and

had been my earlier nominations. Judging by the thumbs up in the forum, all those games had chances and the latest one was selected as the Lichess game of the month. (For the first time.) I wasn't among the voters. With myriads of games played and decades of games nominated, there will always be differing opinions.
After my game was selected, I offered to annotate it for free, as someone would do it anyway. So if someone criticizes me for annotating my own game, it feels a bit strange. I annotated it because it had been selected, not the other way around.
