I also experienced this maybe it could caused because of internet.
nah my internet is mostly good:) but ping is like 250-300 because I'm living in Vietnam

i have a really crappy computer and sometimes it will be 700+

I've equally the same problem it's realy awfull ( maybe Lichess connection isn't the normal internet connexion) bye
