To draw or not to draw

Hi,

I am playing with the Black pieces. It is a correspondence game. My opponent(White) has offered me a draw.
However, I can't decide what to do. Should I accept the draw offer or decline the same.
Here is the FEN code: 8/5k2/7p/1p3pp1/p7/P1P1K1P1/1P5P/8 b - - 3 43
Please help me to decide.

I would play on as black. Even if you cannot win it you will definitively learn from it.

If you put this in engine, you will lose as cheat detected. That is why you are asking in forum? Nobody tell him the move. His game is going. He is attempting to cheat. I am reporting him now.

If you can please search my game. You have my user ID. Let me know which game I am playing. And before taking any action was it not necessary to ask clarification?
