How do I get over my insecurities of being just under 6 feet tall

title says it all. (Don’t take this post seriously xD)

Why would you be insecure?

In the UK the average adult height is aroumd / less than 6 foot.
In the USA it is 5 foot 9 for a man!!
My height is never going to be that tall... But no need to feel insecure!

Shortness is unique, and be proud of it!

I'm short? :((((

Being proud of being short is overcompensating , just accept it and understand there will be some personal issues and you will need to accept that certain individuals will look at your height as factor in how they treat you.

If you are a male then there are a proportion of women who will not be willing to see you as a potential partner and all you can do is accept that and move on.

Dwelling on it , making your height an anchor for yourself or being on a constant lookout for negative reactions will only create more problems with your own life.

For the record , I am a male 5'1" tall and was always the shortest boy in my class growing up.

This is obviously going to take years of psychoanalysis and expert counseling.
Such a serious issue should get all the respect it deserves.
