Well, I cannot say for sure for myself as I am still 13. But, If I am visiting Europe for some other reason, I may participate (not sure yet).

the tournament will be Swiss so the number will be unlimited
I'd probably go if it happens. It'd be cool to play antichess in person considering how niche it is.
