It was unlikely that I will be working on LiChess Tools in the next few days, so I published v2.4.51 with a few extra features:

new challenge option to add a button to pick a random challenge from the list. Now Jonathan Schrantz can finally use LiChess Tools instead of that silly extension he already does. (https://siderite.dev/blog/lichess-tools---user-manual/#challengeOptions)
time flicker sound option - this was a feature request and it makes a small heartbeat sound when your playing clock jumps more than a second. This usually happens when there is lag or some other technical problem. (https://siderite.dev/blog/lichess-tools---user-manual/#soundOptions)
