This opponent kept rescheduling, not showing, then begging to reschedule. Then would do weird stuff in the tournament, like leave without saying anything, and then challenge in the wrong time control. I'm guessing they are just a kid, which would explain it, but they wouldn't answer questions, so I don't know. Point is, if you play this person, do not accommodate ANYTHING they ask for. If they ask for any favor or anything, do not do it, and if they don't concede, refuse to play and resign the tournament in protest, if you don't get your way. Good day, sir. 10 - 0.
