If you've read the recent team message, you might know that I'm quitting Lichess. There are probably many of you interested in taking responsibility of this team...so, I'll be doing a team leader challenge.

Hi,, I'm coucoul. I am pretty young and inexperienced in managing a team, but i'll do my best ! I love playing chess, and i want to be better! If I were the leader, I would make a lot of chess tournaments, and little events related or not to chess. For question 4, i would Ask them to stop, and if they continue, i would ban them from the team and report them. I usually spend 30 minutes a day, but i could spend a lot more time on it (i spend more time on other chess apps). If one of the leaders is ''afk'' i would send them a message, asking them to respond me the fastest as possible. If they don't, i would wait 10 days before striping them of the title of ''leader''. I hope you pick me and that you will be well!
I am the team leader of 1 teams and more than 1,000 peoples joined the team. I create daily tournaments and sometimes forums (I let other peoples make new forums). So I will do the same to your team. I have been the Head girl last year in school. Just because of my leadership in school the whole academic year all students have achieved many goals. So I think I am a bit capable of handling your team.
Anyways my hobbies are - 1) Drawing, 2) Sports 3) Reading books.
And don't worry I stay available in Lichess for more than 5 hrs. each day.
Well for Q4, I will report that person or else I would kick them out of the game
For question 5, I would message the leader and give him/her tips to continue managing the team properly and if still him/her does not manage properly then I would remove him/her as team leader or worse kick him/her out of the team
I'm an exprienced chess player and I once created a team with more than 2,090 people in. I love Fnaf [ Five Nights at Freddy's] but i like harry potter more. I know horse riding, taekwondo [a defence art] , chess and music. For improving the team i would make many tournaments and hp quizes. I am available 2 hours in lichess. I would ban them [ 4 ] and report them to lichess for bulling. I would help him by writing him things to do to lead the team properly [ 6 ],

Hi, I'm Ana! I enjoy science, history, chess, reading, and language arts. I also enjoy nature and I love going outside. I personally have never led a team yet because I was a little timid to do so. I want to stop bullying, help getting players confident, and I want to help discouraged players. If there would be people in a team chat bullying each other, I would try to stop it, and tell them this is a friendly place where I do not want for players to get hurt, like I did a lot of times. I do play but not so often; I do more puzzles. I enter Lichess maybe 2 times a day, but not for so long. If one of the Leaders is not managing the team, I would try to reach out to him and find out why or can he continue. If not, I will try and find another great leader, Although I would still count the previous leader as an old friend.

I am 10 and never managing team, but i would doing my best.My Hobby is Reading Book,playing chess,making a game.If I were the leader, I would make a prize tournament. If someone abusing and bullying others,i would report them.I approximately spend 1 hours after that i rest like sleep afternoon,eat,bath and then after that I playing 1 hours again sometimes i play 2 hours. If one of the leaders didnt manage the team, i would ask him if he could manage the team.If he say no , i would delete him as a leader and find new leader.
