Currently, blocking a user does not prevent their messages from showing up in the chat rooms in broadcasts for live events. This would be a great feature, as people currently spam unrelated discussions in chat.
that reminds me of this one time I was petting a kitty cat all by itself in the alleyway behind my house and out of nowhere like 20 other kitty cats come out and want pets too so I had to run away because they were kinda scary so I can relate to what you're saying
